Occupation: Librarian/eternal student.
Lives in: The Plains, near The Hills.
Likes: Books, literature and libraries. Kanata for the most part. Saitama and the rock cliffs to the north of the city. Freaking people out.
Dislikes: Having to spend too much time in nature, other Elementals (except for other Shama, of course), Vintersorg.
Personality: Quiet and studious, with a very dry sense of humour. Likes to play mindgames with whoever he can. Hardly ever shows his power, unless he has to.
Relationships: Hates Damarion with a passion. Kanata's "companion". Chats to a lot of the students when they're in the library.

History: Cephas is mostly a loner, and he likes it that way. Most of the time, he spends his time alone in the large library in The Hills, and he even has an apartment there, in the attic. Days and sometimes even weeks can go by where he doesn't even leave the library, and when he does leave, it's usually only to stock up his fridge and cupboards again.
